Moved to this area from Texas back in December. Rental cost definitely higher in LA, but could not be happier with apartment I found at 5119 Maplewood. My apt is large and most of all QUIET. Building is nicer than all the other properties I looked at in the 5 mi. radius, and staff is so attentive. I have had only one maintenance issue (disposal locked up) and it was resolved within 1 hour. Gym and pool area are great, and the resident office is always available for me to use.

This place has nice amenities, family friendly, great gym and pool. Major upgrades recently to the pool area, gym,lounge, bbq area and our hall ways. Our Manager andrea and maintenance manager mike is always helpful with our problems. Ever since they came along the living experience has been better than ever. Everything is secured in this building, gated garage, gated entrances they also have a new neat system called parcel pending. Parcel pending was a great benefit for me.
